1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by SOUNDTECH Pty Ltd (“SOUNDTECH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the purchaser (“you,” “your,” or “dealer”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 1.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by SOUNDTECH. 2.2 Prices are subject to change without notice. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation. 2.3 Payment terms will be specified in your dealer agreement or on your invoice. Late payments may result in order delays, suspension of credit, or additional fees.

3. Delivery

3.1 We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders promptly. However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. 3.2 Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. 3.3 It is your responsibility to inspect goods upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies or damages within 48 hours.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is available on our website or upon request.

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1 Products sold by SOUNDTECH are covered by manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty terms vary by product and brand. 5.2 SOUNDTECH is not liable for any damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications of the products. 5.3 Warranty claims must be made in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and through the proper channels as specified by SOUNDTECH.

6. Dealer Obligations

6.1 Dealers must represent and sell SOUNDTECH products in a professional manner. 6.2 Any use of SOUNDTECH’s trademarks, logos, or marketing materials must be approved by us in writing. 6.3 Dealers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the sale and installation of products.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the extent permitted by law, SOUNDTECH’s liability is limited to the replacement of goods or refund of the purchase price. 7.2 SOUNDTECH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. 8.2 Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
