Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing Time
In-Stock Items
Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Pre-Orders
If you place an order for a pre-order item, your order will be processed once the product is officially released. We will ship it as soon as it becomes available. If you have any questions regarding your pre-order, feel free to contact us at any time.
Item Availability
- If you order multiple items, including pre-order items, we will hold your order until all items are available for shipment. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.
- In cases where an item is out of stock and no longer available, we may cancel your order and notify you via email.
- If part of your order is out of stock, we will remove the unavailable item(s) and ship the remaining products. You will not be charged for items that are out of stock, and you will receive an email notification about the adjustment.
- If your order contains customized or backordered items, we will provide an estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and arranging a replacement or refund where applicable.
